When adding a user, it is possible to select a variety of skills for the user. Skills can be used in resource allocation searches, as well as for additional information on each user.

To add a skill:

  • Enter the skill title.

  • Click the Add button.

  • The Skill Administration page will refresh with that skill added. There is no limit to the number of skills that can be added to the system.

To edit a skill:

  • Click on the title of the skill to edit.

  • Make changes to the title.

  • Click the Update button. The Skill Administration page will refresh with that skill edited.

To delete a skill:

  • Click Delete on the line next to the skill title. Skills may only be deleted if they are not associated with any users in the system. If the skill is currently in use, and cannot be deleted, the button will say In Use.

  • When a skill is deleted, the Skill Administration page will refresh with that skill deleted.
