To reply to an issue, do the following:

• Modify the Subject.
  
  
• Change the Status.
  
  
• Input the Description for the reply. Note: If using the quote feature, the quoted message will appear at the top of the Description text field, surrounded by [QUOTE] tags.

When finished, click the Save Changes button. The reply will be posted and you will be redirected to the View Issue page.

Note: It is possible to reply to the main issue or to individual posts in the issue thread.
