This page is used to search for particular issues or replies/posts within issue threads. The following search criteria are available:

• Keyword: Input one or multiple keywords (separated by commas).
  
  
• Search In: Choose to search the Subjects, Descriptions or both. Also, choose whether to match any of the words in the search box or all of the words. Note: The search will not return partial matches.

• Post Date: This searches for any posts between the two dates provided.
  
  
• Create Date: This searches for any issues that were opened between the two dates provided.
  
  
• Scope: Select what group of issues/posts to search, either: Your Issues (those issues you are a participant on), Knowledge Base (those issues that were made available in the Knowledge Base) or All Issues.

Results are generated in list format, by the issue. For each result the Matches will be listed, which are those issues and posts that match the search criteria.

To view an issue thread, click the View Issue icon or the Issue Subject. To return to the previous search results, click the Search option in the top navigation.

The Issue results (including all information within each issue) can be printed by clicking on the Printer Friendly button. This launches a version that can be printed or saved as a file. In order to have the most accurate formatting, make sure the option for "Print background colors and images" is turned on (for Internet Explorer). This option is available by clicking Tools: Internet Options: Advanced (and then finding the appropriate printing related option).
