To find a user or group of users by last name:
- Click on one of the letters for a list of users whose last names begin with that letter.
- Click on ALL to generate a list of all users sorted alphabetically.
To search for a user or group of users by one or more other criteria, search under any combination of the fields provided:
- First or last name (or partial first or last name)
- Employee number (or partial number)
- Office
- Department
- Job Function
- Team
- Project
- Skills
- Manager: Selecting yes will display only those people who have been defined as managers.
Resource availability information can be displayed in the search results, in one of two ways:
- Show availability between two dates; or,
- Show a snapshot of availability for the next 10, 30 and 90 calendar days.
Showing availability (or "searching for" availability) does not limit the results displayed, it will simply display availability statistics/results). If neither of these options is chosen, the system will not display availability statistics.
Results will be generated in list format. To view individual users, click the user's name. To email a user directly, click the user's email address.
The User Calendar icon to the left of the user name can be used to see the timelines of all the projects assigned to the user. In the calendar, use the drop-down menu identifying the month or click the Past and Future links to change the month. If the checkbox next to the Future link is enabled, you will see each month in its own window upon clicking Past or Future. This allows you to see timelines for several months simultaneously.
